Black History + Black Love

The heart and soul of AFRICA has been described as ONE gigantic drum. In every era, the sound of that drum can be heard throughout America. It has reverberated through the plains, the coastlands, the deltas, and the urban canyons of this country. Undeniably, the cycle of promise and pain remain the constant thread tying us TOGETHER.

Against this backdrop, music has provided both the rhythm and the beat of Black America. As the world has rested on the shoulders of a people, the strength and resilience of Black LOVE prevails.
